All True Blue Fishing Charters gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law. Gift cards cannot be extended or reissued after expiry, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
To redeem your voucher, simply book online through our website or call our office on (07) 5510 9622.
Please provide your voucher number at the time of booking, as it can’t be added later.
If your charter is cancelled by True Blue Fishing Charters due to unsafe conditions, your voucher remains valid for rescheduling on another available date.

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
If a trip is cancelled by True Blue Fishing Charters (e.g. due to bad weather or low numbers), your voucher will remain valid for another booking until its expiry date.
